With the Quality Management System applied and based on the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015, which has been certified by the accredited organization SWISS Approval, the company guarantees the high quality of its frames.
VIEKKO, faithful to its Quality Policy and its commitment to continuous improvement of all production and delivery processes of its products, establishes Quality Objectives. The company's policy is to continuously increase the satisfaction of its customers with the products and constructions it produces, as well as the continuous research and satisfaction of their future needs and expectations. The main objective is the improvement of the products provided.

CERTIFICATE OF ISO 14001:2015
VIEKKO, recognizes that environmental protection, minimizing the burden on the environment from various activities both on an individual and corporate level, as well as the implementation of Environmental Management Programs, constitute a key driver of development, proper corporate behavior, and the company's contribution to sustainable development.
VIEKKO, having played a significant role for many years in the field of wooden frame construction and holding a prominent position among the companies in the sector as a result of its integrity, consistency, experience, and strict construction control, has developed an Environmental Management System aligned with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 14001.
The company's management is responsible for the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management System, committing to analyze the significant environmental impacts of its core operations and activities, to set appropriate goals and targets for the continuous improvement of environmental performance and the reduction of its environmental impacts, to take initiatives, and to promote action plans with the following objectives:

· Pollution prevention by installing increasingly environmentally friendly technologies
· Minimization of waste, primarily through recycling, reusing materials, and thereby reducing factory waste

The scope of responsibility for the implementation of ISO 14001 at VIEKKO covers every construction operation of the company and ends with the delivery of products to the customer.
This environmental policy is reviewed and revised periodically and is communicated to the company's staff.

CERTIFICATE OF CE
The certified products of VIEKKO bear the CE marking, which means that they meet the requirements of the Directive 89/106/EEC "Construction Products", which was harmonized with the P.D. 334/94.
In particular, they meet the requirements of the ELOT EN 14351-1:2006 standard, achieving top performance in the laboratory test carried out at the PFB-ROSENHEIM laboratory in Germany.
Laboratory Tests
The quality planning of the production process requires the Total Final Quality Control of the frames on all technical aspects.
The quality parameters of the frames (thermal insulation, sound insulation, wind permeability, water resistance) are tested according to the ELOT EN 14351-1 standard in a specialized Research & Technology Centre with which our company cooperates.
The positive results of the laboratory tests combined with the strict adherence to the quality plans during the production and delivery of the products, is our quality guarantee to meet your most demanding requirements.
