WOODEN WINDOWS:

AN AESTHETIC PERSPECTIVE

Wooden windows are an excellent choice for the customers who wish to enhance the aesthetics of their spaces and upgrade either their personal residences or their professional environments by adding more authentic and natural elements. Wood is considered to be the most aesthetically pleasing of all the materials used to make windows and it provides a natural, warm finish that is impossible to replicate with any other material.

WOOD COLORING AND CHANGES

A factor that is also at play in choosing a material for your space is the long-term aesthetic and practical benefits. Wooden frames are highly receptive to staining as well, providing long term color flexibility.

QUALITY AND DURABILITY

Wooden windows can add value to your space. Wooden windows that are properly cared for are more durable than any other material, which gives them a long lifespan and reduces the need for frequent replacements.

At the same time, they are more energy efficient and can help reduce energy costs. The wooden frame acts as great natural insulation, keeping the warmth in and the cold air out, even during the coldest winter months. In addition, wood frames are better at absorbing sound, which can help soundproof your space.

VIEKKO offers high quality and attractive constructions, which uniquely match and enhance the vision and premises of each client.

We offer energy efficient traditional wooden frames, such as those in our project at Hotel Athina in Elati, and energy efficient contemporary frames that follow modern and innovative standards of sustainability and aesthetics, such as those that can be found in our collaboration with AG Villa Mati in Mykonos.
